Every plan covers managed hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, software and plugin updates, uptime monitoring, and a monthly report summarising your site’s health. You also get a set number of support hours for content updates and small fixes: One hour on Maintain, two on Grow, three on eCommerce. The Grow and eCommerce plans add monthly SEO health checks and database optimisation.
Hosting is included in every Care Plan. Your site lives on dedicated WordPress hosting. Faster load times, automatic security updates, and nothing technical for you to manage. You won’t need a separate hosting account, server login, or any of that.
Not necessarily. If your site is built on WordPress and is technically sound, we can talk about bringing it onto a Care Plan. I’ll do a quick audit first to make sure it’s something I can take full responsibility for. Sites that need significant fixes before they’re properly maintainable may need a cleanup project first. I’ll be straightforward with you about that from the start.
Care Plan hours cover ongoing updates and small changes. Things like updating text, swapping images, adjusting layouts, or fixing a broken link. Larger work like new pages, new functionality, or a site refresh gets scoped and quoted separately. I’ll always be clear about what sits within your plan and what needs a separate conversation.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Within the initial six months, you can cancel with 30 days notice. I’ll give you a full backup and everything you need if you decide to take your site elsewhere. No pressure and no penalty.
Your Care Plan rolls on month to month (or annually if you’ve opted for that) for as long as it’s working for you. After six months you have full flexibility… stay, change plans, or cancel. Most clients find that having everything managed in one place is worth continuing, but the choice is always yours.
